（１） 規約について
本サービスを利用することによって、本規約の内容を承諾いただいたものをみなします。
（２）会員資格
会員となるためには以下の各号に該当しなければなりません。
1. 当社のサービスを使用するには、あなたは18歳以上でなければなりません。
2. 真面目に恋愛もしくは結婚、出会いを希望している方。
3. 売春・買春目的等公序良俗・各種条例・法律に反する利用目的ではない事。
4. 申込者と利用者が同一人物である事。
5. 電話番号・メールアドレス・地域等の申告事項に嘘偽りがない事。
6.当社の承諾なしに、「Win2go」を商業目的とした行為に利用してはいけません。
7. 本規約に同意している事。
（３）入会
1.入会登録用フォームに記載し送信する等の行為により、入会の意思を示した事をもって、本規約に同意しかつ遵守する事を契約したとみなされます。
（４）入会の取り消し
本サイトの入会の申し込みを行った方が、以下の各号のいずれかに該当すると当社が判断した場合、会員期間中であっても本サイトの入会を取り消すことができるものとします。
1. 未成年、入会制限等、その他当社が会員とする事を不適当と判断した場合。
2. 入会申し込み内容に虚偽があったと判明した場合。
3. その他、当社が必要と認めた場合。
（５）登録内容の変更
会員登録事項に変更があった場合には、速やかに当社に連絡する義務を負うものとします。
会員が前項の届出を怠った為に当社からの通知等が延着又は送達されなかったときは、通常到着すべき日時に到達したものとみなします。
（６）パスワードの管理
1. 会員は、パスワードを第三者に使用させてはならないものとします。
2. 会員は自己のパスワードの管理責任を負うものとし、パスワードに関連して生じた損害は全て会員が負担するものとし、当社は何ら責任を負わないものとします。
（７）料金規定
1. 当サイトは会費制（前払い）を採用しています。無料期間終了後は有料会員にアップグレードしていただければ引き続きご利用可能です。
2.プロフィールの閲覧や自己PR再編集につきましては無料です。
3. 当社はいかなる理由においても、会員からすでに支払われた料金の減額、返金は一切行わないものとします。

（９）禁止事項
会員は本サイトを利用するに際して次の行為を行ってはならないものとします。
1. 第三者に自己のＩＤ及びパスワードを知らしめて本サイトを利用させる行為。
2. 第三者に誹謗中傷、侮辱行為、その他、不快な印象を与える行為。
3.売買、物品交換、提供、人材募集、署名活動、選挙・政治活動、 宗教の勧誘などの行為
5. 自己PR欄に自他人に関わらずメールアドレスや電話番号、住所等の個人情報を記載する行為。
6. 虚偽の情報を書き込み、誤った情報を抱かせる行為。
7. 当社の運営、業務を妨げる行為。
8. 法令に違反する行為。
（１０）退会
1. 会員が規約に反する行為をされた場合、当社は当該会員への事前承諾もなく、直ちに強制退却させることができるものとします。
3. 退会を希望される場合、専用フォームより当社まで送信下さい。削除後の登録情報に関しましては一切の復旧義務を負わないものとします。
（１１）損害賠償
1. 会員が本規約に違反し、または不正・違法な行為によって当社に損害を与えた場合、当社は当該会員に対して損害賠償を請求するものとします。
（１２）免責
1. 会員は自らの責任において本サービスを利用するものとし、当社は、本サービスに起因して生じた損害につき何ら責任を負いません。
2. 本サービスを通じて提供される情報に関し、会員同士に紛争が生じた場合は会員は自己の費用と責任においてこれを解決するものとし、当社は一切責任を負わず、また会員は当社に損害を与えないものとします。
3. 当社は本サービスの利用規約に基づく本サービスの全て、又は一部の中断・中止及び本サービスの内容の追加・修正・変更・閉鎖・削除ならびに発信情報の編集・複製・削除等により会員に生じた損害につき何ら責任を負いません。
4. 当社は会員のメールなど通信内容やサービス上のコンテンツを削除し、または保存しなかったことについて一切責任を負いません。
5. 当社は本サービスの内容（真偽、正確性、第三者の権利を侵害していない事等々）提供の状況、アクセスの可能性・使用の状態については一切保証しないものとします。
6. 本サービスは異性との出会いを保証するものではありません。よって当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

当社がサービスの向上のために収集する情報は 以下の通りです。

あなたのEメールアドレス、姓を除いた情報はあなた自身のプロフィールとなり、
